This is a beautiful book with one picture and recipe just about every 2 pages. The photography and cookies are stunning. However, the authors rely heavily on the use of fondant for decorating which I found disappointing. I also purchased the Cookie Craft Christmas and prefer that book which focuses on various piped icing techniques.
