I bought this book thinking it would incorporate the latest thinking about journaling your food intake. Instead this journal only gives you places to record the food you ate, calories, amount of protien, fat, carbs, glasses of water drank, and how long you exercised. There is no place to record the time you ate, your feelings before and after eating, your weight, the type and amount of exercise you engaged in and your feelings before and after exercise.
