This is an amazing vegan cookbook! I just got my copy a few weeks ago and I've already used so many recipes. My vegan and non-vegan friends and family have been enjoying the dishes I've made following this wonderful cookbook. The Everything Vegan Cookbook has recipes for every occasion.. with recipes from all over the world but with a healthy vegan twist. I'm thoroughly pleased with the variety this cookbook offers & the nutrition facts for each recipe. I don't consider myself any where close to being a chef, I'm just an average health conscience vegan and I find these recipes easy to work with, ingredients easy to find... and the recipes are just absolutely delicious.
My favorites so far: asian ranch dressing, avocado & shitake pot stickers, coconut cauliflower curry & the new potato pesto salad.. mmmmm!
