(More customer reviews)I bought a copy of this book as a quick present for my brother, who loves beer. After reading through it, I bought another copy for myself. I thought it would be filled with bar food or recipes that use beer in all recipes with little regard to taste. This is not the case. The recipes are excellent and most are easy to make. Sunset magazine has collaborated with Anheuser-Busch to create sophisticated recipes and beer recommendations for each. Everyone I made so far has been great, whether enjoyed with beer or not. This book is impressively comprehensive and covers everything from appetizers to desserts. Excellent cook book!
