(More customer reviews)I bought this book intending on giving it to my father who has recently been diagnosed with diabetes. The recipes looked delicious so I made a meal for my family. YUM. The food is prepaired so that every meal has a lot of flavor. I kept the first book for myself and now am giving him a new (unused) copy for himself. Be sure to try the cranberry pork chops!
