(More customer reviews)My family has enjoyed every meal I've made so far from this book! I agree with the other review in that the recipes all include common ingredients and are fairly quick to make. I do have to double the recipes, but only because we are a large family. The King ranch Chicken Casserole was delicious and a huge hit. I'm still working my way through the book....so far "Breakfast for Dinner" and "Main Dishes" have been a success. The only con I have is that not every recipe has a picture. I don't know about you, but I'd like to see a picture of the outcome....even a small one would be nice. Overall, a wonderful cookbook addition!
