(More customer reviews)I bought this cookbook to help my husband learn how to use of the features on his new grill, eg the rotisserie and the infrared searing burner. There was some information on these, so I was happy. However, many of the recipes are unnecessarily vague regarding cooking times, as many new grills have thermometers, and surface thermometers are also available. It is one of the better grill cookbooks out there, however, so even with its faults, I would recommend it.
