This book is a must read!!!! I am a vegan and have read a lot of nutrition books, and this book was outstanding and very inspiring with easy recipes(especially ones that you can substitute out ingredients to veganize). I loved the extra inspiring information on healthy eating and the positive outlook throughout the book that makes me want to make a change in my everyday eating habits to better my life. I recommend this book to every woman for a positive guideline on how to fuel our bodies properly to feel good on the inside and outside. Changes are made over time, and i believe books like this will lead women to happy and healthier lives through better eating habits. Thank you Candice for making the book easy and fun to read to inspire women all around the world :)
