(More customer reviews)The book is very useful in helping plan meals for those who need to be on a diabetic diet before or while on dialysis.
The only week point in the book is that it does not do enough to discuss the nutritional value of the meals (carbs, sodium, sugars, etc.) to add in making sure that you do not exceed daily limits or so that you can make tradeoffs.
