(More customer reviews)I recently tried both the lemon and the orange flavors and was pleasantly surprised. I am one that in order to get my quota of water a day needs a little boost of something. I have in the past used crystal light and they are good, but if you want a little flavor without the sweet taste this is nice, like a refreshing glass of water with the taste of a fresh squeezed lemon or lime. Another big plus..... no artificial ingredients. 100% cold pressed juice/oils in a crystallized form. No calories, carbs, sugar, sodium or gluten and it gives you 25% of your daily vitamin C.
On their information it also suggests that you can add into butter to make lemon/lime butter (which would be great with fish), or I was thinking use the orange to mix with butter to put on a muffin....yum.
They also suggest mixing with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to use as a dressing. Excellent idea.
I was also happy to find that the cost for these packets is very good, much less than your usual drink add-ins. You can purchase in sizes that range from 32 packet boxes up to 500 and a shaker is also available for cooking/baking/seasoning.
I think this is an excellent item and plan to try it in other ways, not only as just a drink add in.
