(More customer reviews)This really seems to work in curbing my appetite. Over the past 9 months I have lost over 30 pounds of pregnancy weight. It has taken a long time but I am finally at my pre-pregnancy weight but I want to lose more. One of the things that really worked for me was not eating past 7pm. So I eat bigger meals earlier in the day but stop eating past 7pm. Over the past 9 months this has been hard but especially so now that I am at my pre-pregnancy weight. And it is doubly hard when I am getting dinner ready for my girls.....I want to eat whatever I am fixing them. So I thought hoodia would help me curb my hunger and cravings that I get after 7pm. So far it really seems to be working. I did a lot of research and the Desert Burn brand is very highly rated on many websites. I liked the idea of the liquid as it is supposed to work faster. I had never tried hoodia before but this does seem to work and work fast. I put a dropper full into a small glass of water. It does not taste very good so I just shoot it back and follow it up with a glass of water. For the rest of the evening I do not have any cravings and I am not hungry. I just keep drinking water to stay hydrated. I took it the other day as I had to run out and did not have time for breakfast and it really kept my hunger away for about 4 hours. I think I will keep taking it until I get to my new goal weight. I do not feel jittery or anything while taking it....it just seems to turn my hunger button off.
