Sometimes juice says that, but the concentrate is loaded with high fructose corn syrup or something, but I've bought the Cranberry too and there's no sugar in that. The only downside may be that they have to heat-seal this stuff so it has any shelf life past a few hours. Selling or packing on dry ice is about it. The heat is said to kill some of the anti-oxidant qualities and some of the nutrients. But, I still think is fairly harmless and a nice break from water...better than sodas. It tastes more like grape juice to me.
I know I'm like may others just looking for simple food and not all of that cheap genetically-altered crap being sold. The best long term solution would be to buy organic fruit locally and freeze your own juice. I bought some of this to test out and plan to keep some on the shelf for something different. It makes OK popsicles. Natural Health Shoppe is good, but there are some flavors I can't find. Nutricity is serious and safe shipping and overkills the packing. Both sellers were very good.
