(More customer reviews)I have taken several of the Garden of Life products and trust them wholeheartedly... so it did not surprise me when I tried this one and could feel it within hours drinking plenty of water throughout the day (several quarts). And I only took four capsules to start with! (Ya know we've all hear the horror stories... detoxing is not always pretty!! lol). But... not to worry, this was great... now, I'm not suggesting you drink gallons of water, but for the best benefits of gettin' all of that detrimental 'stuff' out... the more you 'help' this product do it's job, the better you will feel, faster... your gut... AND your wallet will thank you!!
I agree that the taste is not exactly like biting into a big 'ol juicy bacon double cheeseburger... but c'mon... we're adults... and, besides... the taste of these capsules is gone as soon as you wash them down.
Let's be honest, living life on 'auto-pilot' (doin' what's easy... tastes good, etc) has gotten us to this place in our health (and if you're like me, it's probably a less than desirable location, right?!?) Well... to change things... we're gonna have to consciously make a few different choices... so... let's put on our big kid underwear... and take back our health. And this is a great product to help get started... (MUCH less of an investment than buyin' a juicer AND all of those fruits and veggies... AND all of the trial and error finding out which combinations you can actually swallow... with ALL of the benefits!) Choose to be blessed!! Lanette : )
