(More customer reviews)I first purchased this because of it's contents, in terms of all the berries and their positive effect on the body, which some were beneficial for energy.
I take these along with a vegan multivitamin in the morning because I rarely eat breakfast. I used to take it mid-afternoon after lunch and did not notice really any change in energy...though, now that I've began to take it in the morning, I have noticed a slight improvement -- but that could always be my multivitamin working. It's a decent product, and I've ordered several containers of them, but it's really an idea of "working behind the scenes" with these, and the effect of them is not really noticeable...in my case at least.
