1. when mixed with a glass of V-8 juice, you get 4 servings of vegetables in one drink.
2. it gives me servings of vegetables I would not normally cook. it balances all the greens, reds, yellows, purples, etc
3. it tastes ok.
i don't like the apple flavored stuff but this zesty tomato is pretty good.
