(More customer reviews)I always do the math. Meaning the calculations of what an item truly costs per cap or oz or unit. My wife was taking fiber caps. Doing the math on them, the fiber costs around $16.00+ a pound (454 gms). This way (NOW Mega-Pack) it is around $5.25!!!! That is 70% cheaper than her stupid caps. Buy this, 2500 empty gel-caps and you are set (if you cannot tolerate just mixing it and drinking it). Truth is that to eat healthy you have to learn to eat like a goat and to be able to tolerate things that do not taste good. I do not take fiber for the taste; or protein powder or any of the other nutrient rich foods that so many people WHINE about. You are not taking it because it tastes good. You take it because of the science and health benefits. Time to grow up!
