I've been quite pleased with this Shampoo!! Moving to this dry climate (from the humid one of Houston) has been a real challenge to find a shampoo that was not too drying as well as one that did not strip the color from my hair. Using this Yes to Carrots Shampoo cleans my hair well & along with the YTC Conditioner, has kept my hair from being fly-away & nearly unmanageable (as it has been since my move)! Thank heavens! Being in my 70's with dry skin & living in a dry climate, and a very active lifestyle, I definitely need good quality moisturizing products & thus far, every Yes to Carrots product that I've tried has been excellent.
High marks from me for the YTC Body Butter and their Moisturing Day Cream my very favorite, deserving of 6 stars at least. (This fine day cream has reduced my facial age spots significantly & I'm enjoying a much clearer complexion & very soft skin that lasts all day long!)

(More customer reviews)I have done the Sambu 10-day deep cleanse every year for 15 years, sometimes twice in a year. The 10-day cleanse omits all solid foods and you subsist on what's in the kit. There is the elderberry juice sweetened with honey that you mix with water, the tea, the fiber you mix with the juice in place of meals, etc. The first couple of days are hard as in headaches from detoxing the blood and kidneys, but by day 4, I'm feeling so good about what I've accomplished and no lack of energy. I recommend starting on a Friday so you have the weekend to adjust and observe how you feel. By Monday, you'll be back at work and ready to tackle whatever comes your way. By day 10, I feel so good my sense of smell in particular is heightened, it's a good jump start to a weight loss plan. You start back into solid foods again slowly, and the flavors really jump out at you, you can use less spice/salt/sugar without feeling like you are sacrificing. I lose an average of 12-15 pounds each time. There are modified versions of this diet that allow you to eat food and there are 3-day kits and 5-day kits if the 10 day seems intimidating.

(More customer reviews)This is the one you want to take if you have severe symptoms of a UTI coming on. Mine was so bad that I ended up in the ER two nights in a row. The first night was for the extreme pain, pressure and v-bleeding. The second night was for a spiked fever and chills, BUT my severe pain, pressure and bleeding had all improved from the previous day since I started taking this product... in fact they took another urine sample that showed up clear, with NO sign of a UTI! I chose to continue with the antibiotics that were prescribed just to be sure this time around. But I am going to keep this product on hand as a preventative if there is a next time. It's fascinating to learn how the Mannose helps to lure the E. (More customer reviews)After trying several different supplements over the past two decades, I have been most pleased with the Body Fortress High Performance Creatine because of its efficacy and its price. Within a few days after starting to take this product, I am able to squeeze out a few additional reps to my heaviest upper body free weight sets. The effect appears to disappear within a few days of ceasing to take the recommended daily serving. The only downside to this product (or any other creatine product for that matter) is that is does increase bodyweight by 1-2% almost immediately, presumably through the addition of water weight.
Unlike pure creatine alternatives, Body Fortress High Performance Creatine contains carbohydrates so each suggested serving will contain about 150 calories. Some nutritionists feel that carbohydrates provide a transport vehicle for the creatine molecule. While I have no way of scientifically verifying this, the product sure seems to work better than pure creatine. Additionally, it tastes far superior than pure creatine alternatives which effectively taste like sand. I find the product nice to take in the morning because of sweetness and the stimulant effect of taurine (i.e. key ingredient in Red Bull), which it also contains.
What is especially great about Body Fortress High Performance Creatine product is its extremely reasonable price at approximately $13 per giant container (~two month supply). You can get it at discount retailers such as Target or Wal-Mart for 1/3 the price of similar products at GNC or health clubs.
In short, this is the best value in creatine supplements if you can accept the additional calories.

(More customer reviews)I have never been a "protein shake" guy considering my lack of affinity for milk AND chocolate. I just hate that full and bloated feeling that many of the MRPs and whey-protein-blend based protein shakes give. For one who has tried quite a few brands of whey concentrates and isolates (ON, Optimum, EAS etc.), this is quite a pleasant change. The label reads "Bottled Detonation" and for a post workout drink, thats exactly what it is! I have always been a fan of Isopure Zero Carb anyways!
For starters, it just doesn't feel like you are having a protein drink. It feels more like u r having a fruit punch. It just slides down ur throat and for the past couple of days, I have been having it with breakfast just like u have orange (or any other) juice. I have tried alpine punch and apple melon flavors till now and both are really good. There are plenty of those milk-based protein shakes around but these are rare. These must be made for me!
