(More customer reviews)This is the one you want to take if you have severe symptoms of a UTI coming on. Mine was so bad that I ended up in the ER two nights in a row. The first night was for the extreme pain, pressure and v-bleeding. The second night was for a spiked fever and chills, BUT my severe pain, pressure and bleeding had all improved from the previous day since I started taking this product... in fact they took another urine sample that showed up clear, with NO sign of a UTI! I chose to continue with the antibiotics that were prescribed just to be sure this time around. But I am going to keep this product on hand as a preventative if there is a next time. It's fascinating to learn how the Mannose helps to lure the E. The physical and emotional toll of the uti's and antibiotics was severe and I was at the point where I thought I could never have sex again.
By chance I read an obscure testimonial online about the healing power of this magical sugar and I am relieved to say that since using d-mannose I no longer get a uti after sex. This fact has changed my life and my body is slowly healing from the effects of the antibiotics.

(More customer reviews)I know this is a fairly new product, so I feel obliged to let other UTI-sufferers know that it WORKS.
At least, it did for me.
I went through three different antibiotics and wasted countless doctor appointments trying to combat the source of my UTI. The antibiotics would create problems with my renal system and merely ensure another UTI was soon to follow.
The ONLY thing that stopped the cycle was Cystex Liquid Cranberry.
The recommended dose when you're experiencing symptoms is 2 tablespoons daily - one in the morning, and one in the evening. Doing this for a mere two days ended my UTI cycle.
Now, I keep a bottle on hand and take a single dose whenever I even suspect that fresh symptoms are coming on. I have not experienced a UTI since. And because the ingredients are natural, it's no big deal if I take it on an overly paranoid hunch.
I have also gotten into the habit of taking a dose after intercourse, just to flush out my urinary tract. It's been my miracle brew.
If you feel the onset of a UTI and are looking for a first line of action other than antibiotics, this may be your answer. It was for me.

I had to re-check the ingredients to make sure there wasn't any type of sweetener added, and if you told me "surprise, it actually does have sweetener!" I'd believe you (but the bottle ingredients just read "Cranberry Juice Concentrate" and on the front of the bottle it says "NO SUGAR ADDED".) I like the fact that you can get it in 16 oz size, and ordering several bottles at a time made the shipping cost reasonable. I do wish it came in a glass bottle and not plastic, and I wish it was organic.
8 tsp = 1 serving and contains 110 calories.

(More customer reviews)I was taking these for a few months as way to prevent UTI's, which I suffer from 3-4 times a year. During the time I was taking this supplement I did not have any UTI's (yay!!) however when my supply ran out I went without them for a month to see if I would notice a difference and sure enough- I got a UTI. That being said they seem to work well for me.
With Amazon's subscribe and save program I can get 150 tablets which lasts 3 months for around 15$, so 60$/year. You have to decide if this is cost effective for you, depending on the frequency of your infections and your health/prescription insurance. I'm going to start taking these again- for me it's worth saving trips to the doctors office- especially because my infections always seem to start on weekends! Another thing to mention if you suffer from frequent UTI's- check out the OTC product Cystex Antibacterial & Analgesic Urinary Pain Relief Tablets, 100-pack. They contain an antibiotic and are worth trying if you don't have the time/money for a trip to the doctors. They work for me, and work quickly!
