However, you absolutely MUST drink a lot of water (not sports drinks) with this. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 72 oz. a day. Your kidneys will thank you for it. And while you're at it, milk thistle is a must. A good NOS supplement works too. I didn't really feel on edge or have trouble sleeping. However, sexual desire did go down during cycle, but came right back up after a day or two off. My bench, curls, and tricep routines saw pretty decent gains, and generally had a lot more stamina to push my workouts further. I was doing regular supersets 4 out of 5 days a week. And I was noticeably bigger by the end of the cycle. I'd recommend this to anyone who would like to try something new with minimal side affects (your joints will be sore on the off cycle) and at a fairly modest price.
