(More customer reviews)The flavor is really fruity, which I find pleasing, and it keeps me feeling full for about 3 hours. It is packed full of nutrients that aren't found in other protein shakes (e.g. bee pollen, spirulina, barley, green tea, seaweed, fruit, veggies, oat bran, apple pectin, etc.) I've been drinking Spiru-tein and Fruitein shakes for several months now and I have come to crave them in the morning. Fruitein tastes better than Spiru-tein in my opinion, but it is also a few bucks more expensive. Either one is a superior choice to other any other shake that I have tried in terms of nutritional content, ability to satisfy hunger, and flavor.
