(More customer reviews)I have severe acid reflux which is eating my esophagus raw. I use aloe vera to help heal my esophagus. This aloe vera is quality aloe vera, I can feel releif after swallowing a serving. however the taste is so bitter and foul that I find myself avoiding my doses. It is cheap and the aloe vera is of high quality, so if you can get past the taste then its well worth your while. There are other brands out there that are better quality with pleasant tastes and not that much more expensive though.
