I have tried other products and found the volume required for each daily dose and the taste was enough to make me rather have the pain. Joint Juice Easy Shot allows you take a small cap full mixed with a small amount of cold water and you are done in two swallows. It tastes a lot like Tang. It really does help with stiffness and painful joints. It has even helped with my back pain. Being allergic to shellfish, this vegetable based glucosamine has given me a better quality of life.
