(More customer reviews)At the age of 75, I have some trouble with my knees. My doctor recommended glucosoamine. You can get it in varous combinations. I take these in the morning, and a regular straigt glucosamine capsule in the evenings. I do notice an improvement standing up, etc. Whether it will help you depends on your underlying problem. It will not help a blown out knee from an injury. It is not a magic bullet and takes a while to work.
I am surprised by the review reporting an upset stomache as I have had no such problem. Perhaps the person should consult with his/her doctor. The capsules are shaped for easy swallowing, and that is also not a porblem for me.

(More customer reviews)I did not mind the taste (sweet, fruity) but the price was quite high (30 to 40 bucks a bottle). Some say it helps with inflammation. It did not help me at all. After trying 16 bottles, following recommended amounts per day, I found no benefit whatsoever. I was quite disappointed. I have rheumatoid arthritis and was looking for a safe, effective way to reduce my pain. This was not it. By the way, I went twice as long as their recommended trial period to see results. Might have continued to try had the price been more reasonable. Evidently manufacturer offers this as part of a multi-level marketing scheme, so perhaps that is why it is so expensive.
