(More customer reviews)The recipes were easy to follow and tasted good. It was also fun to decorate the mini-cupcakes. The only trouble I had was finding 2oz souffle cups. Wilton makes a 2 INCH cup, but that was WAY to big. I finally had to order the 2 ounce souffle cups from an online baking supply company. I got 500 of them for $13 (shipping included)and that should last me quite a while.
My only complaint is that when I bake the cupcakes the tend to come out a little dry. I live at high altitude, so that might be part of the problem.
