(More customer reviews)I found this slim recipe book very practical and well designed. The are more than soup recipes, we are treated to salad and vegetable recipes which can be incorporated in a soup weight loss plan.
The author gives planned meals at the beginning of the book, so by the time I got to read the recipes, I have an idea of what to look for in terms of planning my meals to lose weight. There is also a Weight Loss Calendar in the back of the book where we track our weight loss.
Its a handy, healthy recipe book to be kept for years!
