(More customer reviews)I have been using this book for a couple years now. The recipes really are easy to prepare, and the ingredients are usually pretty common. And there aren't tons of them!
I have liked almost everything I have tried. The couple I didn't care for were sort of bland. If I ever try them again, I will add my own spices.
Cooking is not my strong point and I don't really enjoy it. I make up several meals at once and freeze them for easy work lunches.
LOVE this book.
