(More customer reviews)I had gastric band surgery at the end of May 2010 and began to lose my hair, so I was advised that I need to consume at least 80g's of protein per day, and I just couldn't consume that much via food without compromising my weight-loss goals. My doctor suggested protein shots, but I could find only 26g shots in local stores, so had to consume two shots per day. I was happy to find this 50g shot. It's convenient, pleasant tasting and the daily cost is the same as the two shots per day of the 26g shots. I'm very happy with this product.
