I have been looking for a good weight loss product for a long time that I was confident was safe. I have been using these for about 4 months now and will be buying more. I have lost about 22 pounds in the last few months. I feel so much better about myself and have gotten a few compliments at work. I am glad I saved some of my favorite old clothes that I can now wear again and not feel embarassed with. It gives you a nice energy boost also.

It definitely gives me more energy but I am not in tune enough about my weight loss to be sure it was from this product or not.
It makes me want to get off the couch and do things. It doesnt matter what, erands, shopping, going out, whatever. So I dont know if I am losing weight just because I am being more active or if it is the product itself so that is why I am giving it 3 stars. It isnt give me any side problems as long as I take them at lunch or earlier. I like knowing I have them ready to use so when I hit that after lunch sleepy slump, I can have one and usually perc up unless it was an exceptionally rough night of being out on the circuit.

I had been using Dex L-10 Hoodia, and it was working pretty well, but I thought this might be even better since it is a pressed caplet and not a capsule so it would be absorbed easier. I was wrong. The caplet don't even smell too strongly of Hoodia, so that was my first sign that this was a bogus product (if you've ever used hoodia as a liquid or capsule, you know it has quite an odor). It is like they barely contain any. I even upped the dosage and it did not work. This product is really bad. I will either stick with Dex L-10 or look for something new. I did use Desert Burn one too, and that worked well, but it was very expensive. Hoodia does work provided you can find a product that contains it. Stay away from this one. It is a rip off.

The way I take them are; in the morning with breakfast I take a multi-vitamin, omega 3, vitamin D, 2 of the Acai Juice Extreme capsules, and 1 High Potency Fruit Juice Extreme. Then at about 4pm I take one more of the High Potency Fruit Juice Extreme(thats when I get hungry usually these combination of supplements really help curb my appetite) I really like the product, and this is what works for me. Everyone is different though so you may take your supplements differently just sharing what works for me. Thanks

I am on my third bottle and have enjoyed a nice energy boost that I especially see in the afternoons. I take 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch and it seems to work out nice. I have lost a dcent amount of fat around my gut and legs but don't own a scale to do any measuring. Acai is a nice antioxidant alos. I will be back for more.
