(More customer reviews)I crave snacks and these Power-Pops really help. They take me a good 1/2 hour to get one down and by that time my craving is gone and the Hoodia has done away with my appetite. With only 28 calories per pop they are a guilt free snack and appetite controller. I have been using them for a week and have lost 2 very stubborn pounds and hope that I will continue to lose with the help that they give me in controlling my snacking.
