(More customer reviews)I have not just liked, but loved every recipe I've tried from this cookbook. It has become my most frequently used cookbook for everyday meals. I have tons of recipes for really complicated holiday and party food but not that many for tasty meals that don't call for tons of ingredients. This book utilizes stuff most of us stock regularly. You might have to buy 1 or 2 extra items but you probably won't have to dedicate a day to acquiring what's needed like it is with some recipes. When a friend has a crisis or someone has a baby I make their meal from this book. They invariably ask me for the recipe. I bought this cookbook on impulse while on vacation and am so glad I didn't pass it up.
